  • Marketing Strategy & Target Audience - 11/1
A goal without a plan is difficult to accomplish. In this initial course, we’ll begin by forming a clear understanding of the current state of your company through your data. We will evaluate this past season's customer numbers, which allow us to formulate and select marketing strategies to contribute to future company goals and objectives. Led by: Jenna Richardson
  • Website Traffic & Lead Gen - 11/8
Optimizing your website to generate leads is a no-brainer. But unfortunately, it's not as simple as throwing a "Click Here" button on your home page and watching the leads pour in. Instead, green industry professionals need to take a more strategic approach. In this session, you will identify simple and complex ways to optimize and promote your website to generate more leads. Led By: Kelly Dowell
  • Email Marketing & Upselling - 11/15
It's important to identify areas of the business that allow you to increase the value of your customer accounts. Email has long been one of the most impactful forms of digital communication, but too many landscaping companies are missing opportunities to use this channel to connect with their audience and inform them of their services and promotions. In this session, you will learn key differences between automated emails, drip campaigns, newsletters, and upsell/promotions and when to use each. We’ll identify the pros and cons of several email marketing providers to help you gain more revenue out of each customer. Led by: Kelly Dowell & Jenna Richardson
  • Social Media & Ads - 11/22
Our clients often ask, “If I have $X budget to spend per month, where should I spend it to get the best bang for my buck?” In this session, you will learn how to choose the right platform and place the most cost-effective ads for your company. We’ll also include a few bonus tips for recruiting and even automating your recruiting process through Indeed and Facebook ad campaigns. Led by: Kelly Dowell
  • Budgeting & Goal Setting - 11/29
With the numbers and goals in mind for 2024, this session will be spent laying out individual campaign strategies by target audience. Furthermore, using industry benchmarks, we will formulate sales and revenue goals by campaign. Led by: Jenna Richardson
